Common Questions Regarding O3 Regenerative Therapy™
Am I A Candidate For O3 Regenerative Therapy™ ?
Patients suffering from any kind of joint, tendon, or ligament pain are considered as candidates for O3 Regenerative Therapy™.
What Is In O3 Regenerative Therapy™ ?
O3 Regenerative Therapy™ is a 2 step regenerative injection.
Step 1: Procaine, Vitamin B12, 5% dextrose, Traumeel Anti-Inflammatory, NaCL
Step 2: Ozone + Oxygen
You should have a reduction in pain and usually need 4-8 treatments. More serious and long-standing conditions may require more treatments.
How Does O3 Regenerative Therapy™ Work?
O3 Regenerative Therapy™ involves the injection of ozone into damaged joints and tissue. The injected ozone increases the blood supply and flow of healing nutrients to the area. It also acts as a very strong anti-inflammatory. More importantly, it also stimulates the deposition and activity of fibroblasts and chondroblasts. These cells synthesize the collagen and cartilage that the body uses to repair damaged ligaments and joints. This increase in cellular repair activity strengthens and tightens the injured tissues, thereby stabilizing the area, and removing the cause of the pain.
Is O3 Regenerative Therapy™ Covered By Insurance?
Insurance companies only like to cover treatments that don’t actually fix the problem, so O3 Regenerative Therapy™ or any other regenerative injection procedure is not covered by any insurance. The good news is, that you are the one in charge of what procedures you get, not an insurance company.
While O3 Regenerative Therapy™ is one of our offerings, in our clinic Dr. Weber will meet with you and evaluate your specific needs to determine if you are a candidate for our services. Then, if you are a good candidate for our clinic, she will formulate a treatment plan tailored specifically to you. The majority of the time, her treatment plans draw from all of our services to give you the best comprehensive care and get you the results you desire in the most expeditious method.
